Hi Career Mamas,

In June we dive into the new mental model for working moms (see below), performance review prep, and as always, making juggling work, family and ourselves a bit better each day. In July, we’re building AI skills and a practice to actually enjoy summer.🌞

Before we jump into what's coming up this month, here are a few updates:

🎥 “From Overwhelm to In Control: The New Mental Model Working Mothers Need” Workshop recording

If you joined Zoe's workshop and want a refresher, or couldn't make it live, the recording of the workshop is now available in the Career Mama platform in Kajabi.

It's full of practical strategies for reducing mental load, feeling more in control, and creating sustainable ways of working and parenting. We highly recommend giving it a watch.

🆕 Circle update

Starting July, Career Mama Circles will take place every third Thursday of the month only. This way, we can bring everyone together and create even richer conversations. Let us know if you don’t see the calendar invite. See you there!

🌟 Member Spotlight

Sabrina S. recently shared a win that many of us don't celebrate enough: feeling truly heard.

From a hair consultation to an executive presence workshop to a therapy session, each conversation left her feeling understood, supported, and seen. Sometimes it's these moments, where people really listen, that remind us how powerful it is to have the right people in our corner.
